Kitchen

  • Dishwasher pods (5)

  • Ceiling fans (use wall switch for speeds)

  • Box fans (in closets)

  • Luggage racks and clothes hangers (in closets)

  • Stepping stool to get in high beds

  • Pack-and-play (for the little ones)

  • Multi-plugs for phones and accessories

Bathrooms

  • Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)

  • Tissues (1 box per bathroom)

  • Shower dispensers with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner

  • Pump hand soap

  • Blow dryer (1 per bathroom)

  • Makeup towels

  • Bath towels, hand towels, wash rags

Laundry​

  • Washer and dryer

  • Laundry detergent

  • Rag towels

Games

  • There are games, puzzles, card games, and crayons in the side table in the dining area.  

  • You can find cornhole equipment in the small closet under the stairs (please wipe down when returning it to the closet).

Groceries

  • If planning to make meals, purchase most of your groceries in Longmont (or somewhere down the mountain) like Walmart or King Sooper.  The groceries are more expensive in Estes Park.  And bring your recyclable grocery bags, Colorado does not provide them.

  • We have left a few "squeezable" condiments in the fridge for guest use (i.e. ketchup, mustard)

Heating & Cooling

  • Heating is with baseboard radiant heating and you will find thermostats in various locations to control the different heaters.  Please set to 55 degrees upon departure.

  • There is no central cooling as the house stays comfortably cool.  In the warmer months, we will open windows at night to let cool air in and shut the west-facing curtains in the afternoon (mainly in the primary bedroom upstairs by the balcony).

Check-out Instructions

  • Leave used beds unmade

  • Wash dishes or load and start dishwasher

  • Remove any leftover food and drinks

  • Take trash and recycling to trash shed on upper road

    • ​Shed lock code 7158; please relock

  • ​Log out of personal TV apps

  • Turn baseboard heater thermostats to 55 degrees

  • Turn off lights and lock exterior doors
